Full Online Color Program Guide

Our convention would not be a success without panels submitted by our fans. Fan based programming helps build diversity in our programming and also helps build excitement in the community. Because we value our panelist so much, anyone who is chosen to run a panel is given a full days pass for the day(s) of their panel(s). If you have 3 or more panels chosen you will receive a full event pass for the convention.

Panelist badge rewards are only given to the first 4 panelists for any given panel. This helps control how many badges are given out and stops groups from bringing in high amounts of panelists to just get a badge for the convention. To help manage this, we will capture the names of the panelists when you submit your panel so we can help get everyone their proper badges for the convention and alleviate any confusion prior to the convention.

Panel submissions for 2013 are now closed.

If any panel spots open up, I wanted to do a panel on Webcomics; navigating the net to find good ones, fan comics vs original, posting your own comics and benefits of doing so. I know Armand already has a lot of comic related things, but nothing really that touches exactly on Webcomics.

Hello,
I've seen that your panels have been selected, but I also saw that you won't be disregarding the other submitted ones. With that in mind, in the off chance one of my panels are selected this time around, if I needed to switch the person I have listed on my original panel submission to someone else, would I be able to do that? The reason I am asking this is because the person I originally planned to host the panel with cannot attend, but another person in our group is willing to substitute if need be. This other person was not listed when I submitted the panel.

Thank you very much!
Phuzz

Hi Phuzz,

We'd be more than happy to discuss changing out people listed in your panel submission(s) once they've been selected and confirmed.

Hello, sorry to bother y'all. Then since submittions started before and even when panel submittions were still open, it will take some time after January 31th to ompletely know about the panels that were accepted? Me and my group tried to submit since December but for some reason the page didn't really liked us and had to submit them lots of times, ith different emails and until the end they went through. Shame that happeedn but, everything happens for a reason :P even if we don't get picked hope to see everyone there and will try harder next year. Thanks

Hi Lavi-flames,

It sounds like you're wondering about the status of your submissions. Confirmation emails have been sent out and if you did not receive one, then unfortunately, your panel(s) were not selected. However, that does not mean your panel(s) will be completely disregarded, as changes to the programming schedule are bound to happen.

Hopefully, this clarifies some things for you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to email me directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thanks ;)

Hi Matt
Thank you so much for getting back to me.
I am sad to here that. Ause I looked up the info to submit panels it stated that I had till the 31st of This month. And that panels were being reviewed this month. I am sad to here this I hope maybe our panel can be reviewed. Zombies and zombie survival is very popular in the media today and we believe our panels will attract a large number of people and will be very worth con- goers time.if there is anyway we can talk please let me know. Even if we can work out to get one panel we can work on something's!
Hi Vixen, let me step in here a second and state that while you have till the end of this month to submit it also states we are selecting this month, thus the longer you wait into January the less of a chance your panels will be selected. We are now 50 days out from the convention and programming should be finalized so we can make the grid and post the schedule. I'm sorry your panel will probably not make it, but at this point there is nothing we can do. sorry.

Note: Panel submissions have been open for almost 4 months.

Hi our groups submitted a couple panels a part one and part two. I realize that it is cutting a little close to the dead line but we are very anxious to know if our panels have been confirmed or if ya'll have even received our panel submissions.
We are also curious as to how the panel setup is and how it all works. We look forward to hearing from you and think you for you're time

Hi Vixen,

Most of the panels have already been selected and unforunately, last minute submissions, while still appreciated, are not always selected. If your panel was selected, then you will have already received a confirmation email from the panel manager.

In terms of details and setup, that is discussed after your event(s) have been selected.

Hope this helps.

I submitted them, the three panels. Originally I submitted them back in December but didn't get any info back and when I checked on the last few days nothing was there. It was almost like I never submitted them. Then I sent the form again and just get an email for one of them, like the other two disappear suddenly.
Unfortunately I only see the one submission, please go ahead and submit them again and I will keep an eye out for them. If you have problems again email This email address is being protected from spambots. Hi, good question and I should update the main programming page to show the thank you message you go when you submitted since you can't see it afterwards. Here is the message and will soon be on the main page as well (thanks for pointing that out).
Thank you for taking the time to submit your panel for our convention. We will review your submission and will contact you if we have further questions. Programming selections end on January 31, 2013 and you might not hear from us until early January 2013 about your panel.
